Different cutting elements (cones with steel tooth or inserts / rolling cutters) are specifically developed for using in different formations. Over 100 different types of cutter layouts are designed and 500 grades of carbide are selected to make the hole openers more suitable for specific construction demands.
A complete set of equipment from blanking to forging, machining and heat treatment, etc., has been established. This includes flexible production lines with CNC machining centers as the main body, super hard material production lines, and a full-life-cycle computer management system (ERP + PLM + MES).
