💡 Applications:
It is the most important part of drill string to provide the bit with drilling pressure and improve the drill string rigidity.

Made of AISI4145H Cr-Mo steel, it can effectively control the content of trace elements. According to shape and materials, drill collars are divided into three forms:

🔹
A-type (cylindrical): Made of ordinary alloy steel, circular inside and outside pipe cross sections.
🔹
B-type (screw type): Made of ordinary alloy steel, pipe outside surface with a spiral chute.
🔹
C-type (non-magnetic type): Made of stainless alloy steel with low magnetic permeability, circular inside and outside pipe cross sections.
