The structural design of mine drill pipes focuses on the core requirements of "impact resistance, easy assembly and disassembly, and leakage prevention". The key components include the pipe body, joint, connecting thread, and auxiliary protective parts.
Seamless steel pipes with circular cross-sections. "Variable-diameter pipe bodies" (thicker ends) are used for deep-hole drilling to balance weight and strength. Standard lengths: 1.5m, 3m, and 6m.
Ranges from 5mm to 12mm based on stress requirements. Uniform thickness (deviation ≤ 0.5mm) is maintained to avoid stress concentration and prevent fractures.
Hot-dip galvanizing (≥ 80μm), phosphating (5-10μm), or wear-resistant alloy coatings are applied to ensure rust and corrosion resistance in humid underground environments.
