PDC Drag Bit, Non-Core Drilling Bit, specifically designed for water well drilling and borehole drilling applications. PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) is manufactured using diamond micro-powder and hard alloy substrate under conditions of extremely high temperature and pressure.
It combines the superior wear resistance of diamonds with the high impact resistance of hard alloys, making it the premier material for drill bit cutters. Reinforced PDC features higher density diamond powder and a claw hard alloy substrate, creating a solid, high-efficiency tool with a significantly longer service life.
Stratum Conditions Primarily used for drilling soft to medium-hard formations, including mudstone, limestone, shale, sandstone, and granite.
Wide Application Essential for penetrating degassing holes, drain holes, and grouting holes in coal mining, water conservancy, hydropower projects, road construction, bridges, and buildings.
Operating Condition For optimal performance, PDC bits should work under low drilling pressure, medium-low drive speed, and high drainage volume.
