Before installing the joint onto the spindle, the supply pipe and discharge hose of the joint should be connected first to avoid bending moments that may lock or wear the bearings.

The installation surface and positioning hole of the spindle must be thoroughly cleaned, free of chips, burrs, and dents to prevent bouncing and vibration.

Ensure the discharge hose runs continuously downwards. For horizontal spindles, ensure the discharge hose is connected downwards at the 6 o'clock position.
